* Exceptional writing skills for crafting social media captions and content.
* Proficient in graphic design to create visually appealing and branded creatives / posters .
* Strong communication skills to guide and inspire the team.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
* Proven experience in a similar role within a fragrance industry .

Role Description:
We are seeking a talented Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is expected to boost our presence on social media and increase revenue generation across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Management of Social Media Channels:
* Plan and oversee the social media channels, creating content specifically for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
* Continuously innovate in content posting strategies for diverse platforms to drive audience interaction and engagement.
2) Team Development and Guidance:
* Elevate the team's proficiency in social media content creation, focusing on varied platform requirements.
3) Agenda Setting and Planning:
* Develop and implement comprehensive yearly, monthly, and weekly plans, based on performance analysis reports.
4)Revenue-Centric Approach:
• Develop the platform to operate into E-commerce platform and Prioritize revenue generation in all aspects of performance planning and content strategy.
