if you're struggling to lose weight these tips are for
you...
📌 something important to note betore we get into lt:
you CANNOT spot reduce fat but you can train certain
muscle groups so they appear more toned/"leaned
out" than others!!

If your new years goals is to try and shed some weight,
I got you ☺️
📌Cardio AFTER weights
cardio relies on both glycogen and fat for fuel...we
burn glycogen when we lift weights so training cardio
after means your body may use more fat for fuel.
ALSO it means you'll be less fatigued when lifting so
you're more likely to perform better and lift heavier!!
(progressive overload will be 10x easier) 😊

📌calorie deficit
a calorie deficit is when you burn more calories than
you eat/drink!! you can do this in 2 ways... you could
exercise more OR change how much you eat (not
necessarily eating less because we know that volume
does NOT equal high calorie)

📌 high protein diet
protein is scientifically proven to boost out metabolism
because of its higher DIT (energy expenditure) and
prevents lean mass loss & It also reduces our appetite
(not drastically) and helps regulates our hormones

Here's the 1370 Calories Diet Plan

Breakfast: Veggie besan chilla (50g dry besan + 1cup veggies) + greek yogurt (100gm) + green chutney (Cal: 348, Protein: 20g)

Lunch: Soy chunks (30g dry)+ 40 gm rice(uncooked)_ 1 cup veggie pulav + cucumber raita (greek yogurt 100gm) (Cal: 432, Protein: 30g)

Snack: 1 scoop whey + 7-8 strawberries (inseason) + 20 g peanuts (Cal: 251, Protein: 30g)

Dinner : Palak paneer (100gm low fat paneer) + 2 multigrain roti (25g dry) + salad (Cal: 339 , Protein: 25g)

Total Calories: 1370 Total Protein: 106g
