Yoga is not just about flexibility and relaxation, it can also be a great way to tone your body. Here are some yoga poses that will help you achieve your body toning goals.
First up, we have the plank pose. This pose targets your core muscles, arms, and legs. Make sure to keep your body in a straight line and engage your core muscles for maximum benefits.
Next, we have the warrior II pose. This pose targets your legs, hips, and arms. Keep your front knee bent and make sure to engage your core muscles for stability.
Moving on, we have the bridge pose. This pose targets your glutes and lower back muscles. Lift your hips up towards the ceiling while engaging your glutes for maximum benefits.
