3 years ago I turned my love and passion for beauty and personal well being into my business and haven’t looked back since. My main goal is to help and educate my clients to understand the importance of personal care and to live a much happier and more well balanced life.

*Just 15 minutes*
Mindful breathing, mindful walking, and body scan, and loving-kindness meditation were all studied.
Results showed that all four mindfulness conditions were effective in reducing self-reported stress levels compared to the active control condition, with the highest effect being observed for body scan.
