Thanks again for everyone's messages, suggestions and support as we closed the doors Monday. We have been truly humbled and we thank you. We realise there are a lot of heavy hearts out there.
We want to encourage everyone to;
Respect the guidelines.
Don't look for loop holes for own benefit, minimise gatherings and contact.
But let's not forget to keep moving.
In all honesty my exercise mojo has been low (TL) not enough sleep, too much cortisol, some tricky situations. It's on the up and it's good to find joy in small things.
All movement counts and routine helps, we are working hard to find the best ways to help you.
We want to continue to help, inspire and guide you exercise safely while minimising risk. We will be in touch with options and please yell out if we can help you in anyway.
