I’ve learnt so much over the past year- there have been lots of little wins, a few failures, and so many late nights… but I always come back to the joy of creating each batch of balm.

Daily Grace (originally Everyday Grace) was my very first balm. I poured so much love into it—and yes, an extremely long list of essential oils squeezed onto a tiny label 🤦‍♀️🙃

To celebrate, I’m making a very small batch of Daily Grace just in time for Mother’s Day.

Hello Honey 🍯

12 little jars lovingly created today in my little kitchen.

Made with a gorgeous raw and local Adelaide tea tree honey, (thanks for helping me with this) grass fed organically raised tallow from a local Adelaide farm, and deeply nourishing organic oils- this is a gorgeous, soothing, daily moisturiser 🤎

I have 12 jars available in (6 x 60ml & 6 x 120ml) and just need to create my labels- so they will be ready to go in a few days 🤎🌸🌟

Quietly celebrating 150 jars of small-batch balm poured 🌸

The very first practice batch was poured on 12th April 2025. Since then, it’s been a steady rhythm of small batches, small refinements, and a lot of learning along the way.

All done solo (with some help from the kids with labelling, naming and testing scents 🥰). I’ve created and refined my recipes, sourced local organic ingredients, designed labels, handled admin, socials, packing and deliveries - all of it.

I love the gentle ebb and flow… the bursts of energy as I create and sell a batch, and the quieter space in between as I begin building the next one.

Each small batch is made with love and intention, and they don’t hang around long before the next balms are created in my little kitchen.

These Simple balms are so deeply nourishing + healing.

With only Grass fed tallow, and calendula infused jojoba + almond oil plus vitamin e.

That’s it- this is my ‘simple one’

A balm that has that gorgeous earthy tallow scent, is pure and so minimal.

It is ideal for anyone with extra sensitive skin, itchy or dry skin, and also lovely for little ones.

I’ve been thinking lately about what all the fuss about tallow is, and why people end up loving tallow skincare -and it almost always comes back to the same thing: calm, nourished skin and simple, wholesome ingredients.

It’s not having a 10-step skincare routine (just cleanse + tallow morning and night), and skin that feels settled, nourished and happy again.

Tallow is so similar to our own skin oils that it so effortlessly works with our skin instead of fighting it. Even oily or breakout-prone skin often finds its balance with tallow, rather than becoming more oily.

It’s also incredibly supportive for the skin barrier-and because it’s so concentrated and nourishing, a little goes a long way (one balm can be used on face, hands, lips and dry patches, which keeps things beautifully simple.)

So now may be the time to give tallow a try… and see why everyone is raving about it 🤎

Citrus Sunday is a delicate, creamy and comforting tallow balm made with organic oils and a gentle citrus scent (think mandarin, sweet orange & vanilla with a hint of neroli 🌸).
