Our newest dreadlock goodies have arrived to help keep your locks fresh between appointments! Misfit Dreadlocks is a grass-roots, environmentally focused biz based near Melbourne. All their products are of super high quality using only natural ingredients. Residue free, Vegan, palm oil free, tested on humans not animals, and plastic free where possible. I am so excited to be introducing you to this beautiful range at your next appointment!

🚨 Cancellation Policy 🚨

It makes my day to send people out the door after an appointment with a filled cup, feeling fresh. The smiles make my job extra great, especially when I’ve got you walking out with a skip in your step because you’re feeling and looking AMAZING.
Often days and hours before these appointments, my job has already started to make your appointment happen. Co-ordinating bookings to assure I have all the time I need with you, prep work, stock control, admin, covering rent and childminding/pick-up are some of the things I’m checking off before you’re in the chair.

As a small biz, it can become super tricky navigating all the things behind the scenes to end up having last minute cancellations. In saying this, sometimes things are out of our control and I truly endeavour to be as accommodating as I can.

As of 1st January 2023, there has been the introduction of a Cancellation Policy.
All future bookings will now incur a booking deposit of 25% to be paid to secure the appointment. This will come off the total of your appointment on the day. It is non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment time providing 48 hours notice has been given.
Deposit can be arranged when booking appointment online via messenger, over the phone or in person. Please note that if you have not paid your booking deposit, your appointment is not secured.

Had the main squeeze from the local Albury band Trancestate in for a root maintenance in the lead up to Christmas. Was awesome to take care of this guys incredible Locs*. Thanks so much Ben!
