Just thought I'd share this as there are alot of MLM companies out there and their sales reps will tell you anything to make a sale. It is never ok to ingest essential oils! Please talk to a qualified aromatherapist or Dr instead of taking advice from sales reps.
Don’t listen to people who sell you essential oils if they’re telling you to ingest. It’s not worth damaging your body!
