Finishing touches still needed but so happy to be welcoming my first client into my room at home now - no more sharing the lounge with the rest of the family and turfing them out 🤩

For those that know how I like to run they will know this was as much of a mental battle as a physical one.
105 minutes on the treadmill is tough for me - massive thanks to Lucy Evans when she knew I was struggling she jumped on the Susie class with me to spur me on. It’s done though 13.6 miles in the legs 🦵🏻. I’m ready to run Palma in 2 weeks time - a massive dream at New Year 🤩.

Back into 1/2 marathon training now. Great to get out this am - it was dry, not windy and not super cold. Favourite running weather.
Still lots of stability work on my ankle(s) keeping the strength that I have built back so far.
Looking forward to next week meeting some new massage clients and seeing some lovely regulars 🥰.
