Communication is key in our craft! Recently, a new client discovered through Google with a stellar 5-star review ⭐️, setting high expectations for her visit with me. Despite what I thought was a thorough consultation, there was still a mix up - I aimed for a blended honey blonde but the client desired an ASHY dimensional look.

After realizing the miscommunication, I swiftly adjusted with an ASHY toner, resulting in the transformation seen in the second set of photos. However, the next day, she wasn’t 100% satisfied with the colour, so we rebooked for the following week to achieve her desired look.

Two heads are better than one, with the help of for round two consultation and game plan, the client left thrilled with the final look with a brighter blonde 💫 Sometimes it takes a couple of visits to achieve the perfect results. Give your stylist the opportunity to exceed your expectations 💇‍♀️💄

✨Look no further, because that’s me, Jazz, also known as Jasmine. With 11 years of experience in hairdressing, I kickstarted my Hairdresser journey at 16 years old, in my homeland New Zealand where I completed my Professional Hairdressing qualification. From there, I ventured to Australia for work and then to London for Steiner Hair training before embarking on an exciting career as an international Hair Stylist on cruise ships worldwide 🌎🚢. After meeting my husband in Gladstone, Australia on my travels, I took the leap and opened my own salon, But I still wasn’t ready to settle in a small town, so the adventure didn’t stop there – we have recently made the move to Brisbane, where I’m now proud to be part of the team at 💖 As a hairdresser I love all the lived in colouring, blondes and brunette’s, and getting out of the salon for wedding hair and photoshoots 📸💇🏻‍♀️

Alongside my hairdressing qualification, I’m currently delving into the world of Makeup to further hone my skills. While I’ve explored other interests like Nutrition, my heart truly belongs to hairdressing. Outside of work, you’ll find me lifting weights, with a heavy interest in powerlifting and bodybuilding, enjoying quality time with my fur babies 🐾 and my husband, as we soak in the beauty of Brisbane. I’m deeply committed to personal and professional growth, regularly attending hair seminars, educational events, online courses and listening to podcasts.
