Well it’s been a sec since I’ve posted on here!

It’s been an interesting 2 years, not just for me but for everyone. We’ve all battled through this pandemic and gosh I hope we’re almost on the other side. For me personally there has been so many ups but soooooo many downs.

I’ve completely lost control of my self-care.

Eating the wrong foods, not looking after my skin… cough cough drinking too much alcohol and coffee, just to name a few.

Anyone else feel this way? Who’s with me to turn this around?

I need my girls, my team, my chosen family with me.
