So this time last year we collaborated with on some Kangaroo leather wallets, and we were so proud to donate all of the profits to such a great cause! Testing structural patterns and flexibility!

On the 3D printer this week I’ve been printing in TPU, a flexible rubbery material which is great for flexible applications! I’ve also been messing with Cura until patterns to try and get a nice strong shape with a slight amount of flex. The gyroid pattern seems to have worked the best in terms of strength but the cross-3D pattern is the most flexible.

Cheap 3D printed indicators!

Using a DRL LED ‘Eagle eye’ for the light, I modelled this indicator using and printed on my in around 3h. With built in wire guide and mounting screw threads.
