MARCH ♡

Started the month out at and finished at in Toowoomba

Beautiful Brides Amy, Maria, Acacia, Amanda, Alisha, Katherine & Lillian welcomed myself and to share their mornings with them
I also had the pleasure of many previews (will share minimal trials to keep looks secret squirrels), an adorable school formal client and also was involved in a styled bridal shoot at a venue we had yet to visit with an incredible vendor team headed by our girl

FEBRUARY ♡ the month of love

I had the privilege to be there on the morning for 7 beautiful brides- Brittanny, Roisin, Emily, Tracey, Sasha (with ), Rachael & Rebecca... and met a whole lot of new brides on their previews in studio.

I also went to Broom's Head for the first time which was incredibly chill and beautiful.

I honestly love my job as it's so varied. I've tried to include dark and light hair to highlight that similar styles can be done in any hair colour. To the 90 something (that post covid 140 was insane) 2025 brides/grooms who had me as a part of your wedding/elopement I'd like to say thankyou ♡ i love being a tiny part of the whole picture, a fly on the wall to some pretty cool moments and getting to see the months/years of planning come together for you all.
I say this all the time- every wedding is essentially made up of the same components BUT every single one of them is different and thats because all of you are different. I love seeing you all in your outfits and seeing your personalities come through via the choices made and i love getting to know you all and hopefully helping you feel happy, calm and beautiful because that's my purpose ♡

I hope 2026 is just as good and i hope i can keep improving my skills and see where the next year of weddings takes me. (Fiji apparently 🥹)

And again- thanks to the wonderful artists i've had the privilege to work alongside of and the girlies being the best and making sure im super booked up and still have a work life balance to have time at home with my man and my greyhounds and time to craft and do stuff i love to do for myself ♡

Thankyou to my regular event clients who pop in and out through the year every year- my imposter syndrome is eased a tad knowing you still want me to do your hair and makeup every year 🤣

Bride Only bookings are one of my favourite things to do... think of me as a friend getting you ready for the day ♡

Mylee and her partner eloped in Italy mid year and then had their legal ceremony on Saturday at the .qld with close family and friends ♡

Getting ready location.. one of my fave brisbane hotels

No trial/preview but my hair brief was a smooth low bun (as the day was warm and she wanted hair off her neck) with shorter pieces left out around the face and for makeup she wanted bright eyes with slightly darker outer liner edge, natural, bronzey instead of blushy.
