Can't believe it!!
My breakkie set menu from the hotel in Bali 👇:
- a plate of fresh fruits
- fresh guava juice
- fried rice with egg, prawn crackers, sliced veggies
- plate of toast+croissant+raisin roll
- coffee & water

all delivered to the table 🤦‍♀️ (they only asked coffee or tea?)...breakfast like royalty 👸, but can't finished them all 🤷‍♀️

Just remember the old says: breakfast like a king 🤴, lunch like a prince 👲 & dinner like a pauper 😵...personally I will definitely add:
+cardio ++ drink water only 💦

Back home, it's only fruits 🍌🍇🍎🥝 & noni shot 🤭. Breakfast is important, but we can make a choice what to eat & how much.
