There’s been a lot of “activity” in the skies so I’ve made ny version of the Medical Medium Chem Trails Exposure Brain Shot.
No asparagus this time. It’s not in season here over winter, so I swapped it out rather than buying produce that’s been shipped from halfway around the world.
Today’s blend includes:
🫐 Wild berries
🍋 Lemon
🌿 Coriander
🌱 Chives
🥬 Brussels sprouts
🥬 Celery
This shot protects me from exposures to environmental toxins and support my body’s natural detoxification processes.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about making simple, sustainable choices that add up over time.
Save this one if you’d like to give it a try. 💚

For eight weeks I couldn’t get out of bed. Twelve years chasing answers nobody could give me.
I didn’t get better because someone fixed me.
I got better because I stopped waiting for that and started finding my own way back.
That’s the whole book in one sentence. Back from the Brink isn’t a wellness story. It’s what happens when the system fails you and you rebuild anyway.
More coming soon.

A study published this week in Scientific Reports by CSIRO and Murdoch University has provided the first molecular evidence in Australia that tick bites cause measurable, lasting biological changes in the body.
149 altered microRNAs following tick bite. 98 in patients living with DSCATT. Four directly correlated with fatigue and dizziness. An 86% accurate diagnostic signature using machine learning. This is not unexplained. This is not psychological. This is biology, finally documented at a molecular level in peer-reviewed research.
I was bitten by over 40 ticks in 2010. I had all the typical reactions. I have testing from Australia and overseas confirming it. I still cannot access proper medical treatment in this country. No Lyme-Literate GP. No affordable treatment options. No clinical pathway that doesn't dead-end the moment standard tests come back inconclusive.
So many women I work with have a version of this story. Dismissed, sent home, left to find their own way through chronic illness with no support from the system.
This study is validation. But we need more than validation. We need doctors who are free to treat complex cases, affordable access to antimicrobial treatments, and a clinical pathway that doesn't abandon people when they need help most.
Australian Study Proves Tick Bites Change Your Body A new CSIRO and Murdoch University study found molecular-level evidence of tick bite damage. Here's what it means for thousands of dismissed Australians.

For years, I have lived with muscle aches, fatigue, brain fog, tinnitus and other symptoms. After being bitten by ticks and later discovering significant mould exposure, I began uncovering some of the deeper root causes behind my symptoms. I also learned that genetic factors, including HLA-DR and MTHFR variations, may make some people more susceptible to the effects of toxins and chronic illness.
One of the biggest lessons I've learned is that pain is often a message, not a life sentence.
While there was no single magic solution, these are some of the tools that continue to support me:
✨ Anti-inflammatory plant-based and gluten-free eating
✨ Anti-inflammatory supplements and herbs
✨ External therapies like kinesiology, lymphatic drainage, HBOT and Acupuncture
✨ At home therapies like Infrared sauna (3–4 times per week), Epsom salt baths, essential oils, castor oil packs, home bodywork, EFT (tapping)
✨ Exercise like walking, pilates and yoga
✨ Time in nature grounding and getting vitamin D
Many people with Lyme disease, mould illness, MCAS, chronic fatigue and other complex chronic illnesses experience chronic pain. The good news? There is hope.
Healing is about progress, not perfection. It's about listening to your body, addressing underlying imbalances, and supporting it consistently over time.
I've just shared a new blog post on the hidden causes of chronic pain, mould toxicity, Lyme disease and the practical tools that have helped me.
I'd love to know what has helped you most on your healing journey?
💚 Amy

This was my week. My nephew Louis made his First Holy Communion, book club with the women who keep me grounded, two podcast recordings, and two 50th birthdays for friends I absolutely adore.
Here’s what I notice every time life gets this full. It’s never the to do list that fills me up. It’s the people.
Connection isn’t a nice extra. It’s one of the four pillars I build everything around for a reason. When I work with women on their health, we always end up here. Who’s in your corner. Who you laugh with. Who shows up.
So consider this your nudge. Say yes to the dinner. Turn up for the milestones. Your nervous system will thank you for it.

For years I ate mountains of spinach thinking I was doing my body a favour. Turns out it was one of the most heavily sprayed things in my whole kitchen.
When you've been as sick as I was, you start paying attention to your toxic load in a way most people never have to. Every little thing your body has to process is one more job for a system that's already struggling. Food was one of the first places I looked.
Here's the part I want you to hear. This isn't about fear, and it isn't about a perfectly organic kitchen that costs a fortune. It's about being smart with your money and your effort.
Some produce soaks up far more spray than others. The soft, thin-skinned, leafy stuff is the worst for it. The thick-skinned things you peel are barely a concern. So you buy organic where it counts and you save your money everywhere else.
I've put the 2026 lists in the slides, plus the bicarb and veggie wash soak I use at home for the conventional stuff. Have a swipe through, then save it or screenshot it for your next shop.
