Society today is rushed. And stressful. Australians are among the most over worked, over taxed and under paid country in the world. As a result, our happy, down-to-earth Aussie demeanour is waning and our health is suffering. We often find we simply don't have enough time to eat well, sleep well and exercise. people are taking medication for stress, depression, anxiety, headaches, tiredness, the list goes on. Doterra essential oils aren't a quick fix. They're not a guarantee. They're not a miracle. But when I see the change in my husband, it really makes me wonder. We've been married for twenty years and for all of that time, he's been highly stressed with constant migraines, terrible stomach reflux, and struggled with depression and anxiety. As a result, he became a walking pharmacy, taking bucket loads of medications. Each medication masked the problem but then caused more problems, which then had to be masked with more medication. It was a vicious cycle. Not long ago, he decided enough was enough and against doctor's advice, threw all of his medication in the bin. Now I'm certainly not condoning this action or suggesting anyone do the same! But my point is that after doing this, he then started healing himself from the inside out and began to use Doterra. It didn't take long. He no longer suffers from migraines or even headaches, he sleeps peacefully, he's no longer anxious or depressed, no more restless legs or reflux, he's motivated and energetic, and he's always preparing healthy preservative-free meals as he now sees the importance of such. Everyone who sees him comments on how good he's looking and can't believe the change in him. He's been taking Doterra internally via DDR Prime and the Lifelong Vitality capsules and in cooking, he's been using Doterra topically for emotions and physical skin health, and he's been diffusing Doterra for various therapeutic uses. We've even been creating our own blends for topical and aromatic use. In a nutshell, Doterra works for us and we're absolutely loving it! If you don't already know much about Doterra essential oils, basically they are the purest essential oils in the world and are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade. About 98% of essential oils produced in the world today are not intended for serious, therapeutic use. Most are produced for the aroma and flavour, however there is little to no therapeutic benefit from these oils. Other essential oil brands might be cheaper and they might state that they are "100% pure", however only a very small portion of the bottle is actually the oil; the rest is made up of colourless, odourless fillers such as ethers, oxides, alcohol and other solvents. Many oils on the market have been cut, diluted and adulterated in various ways. Sad to say, some marketers bottle these poor quality oils and sell them for therapeutic purposes to unsuspecting consumers. With Doterra, you know you are getting the best of the best. The entire bottle is made up of the actual oil itself and nothing else. It has been produced and extracted in a completely organic process that uses absolutely no petro-chemicals or anything that would contaminate the purity of the oil. Doterra may seem to be a little more of an investment, but when one drop of Basil oil in a whole pot of pasta is too strong, you can see that very little goes a very long way, and good health is priceless!
