After a large number of recent late appointment cancellations - unfortunately I have to implement a cancellation policy to protect both my time and my business.

As of now, if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice from the time of the appointment, will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee to rebook any future appointment.
I hope everyone will understand and please DM me if you have any questions 🙏
