So today was my second day working for M.A.C cosmetics and I'm absolutely loving it! Who wouldn't want to play around with makeup all day long and I'm really enjoying helping people out and sharing my knowledge with them.

Also just to let you guys know, that I have organised it so that if you have booked in with me already my new job will not interfere.

Got to do some special effects today for a fancy dress party

Just downloaded the new L'oreal makeup genius app.

It's super fun to play with but it's a great example of how you need to customise your makeup to the shape of your eye and face shape, also how you need go pick colours correct for you skin tone.

Girls don't forget formals are fast approaching, get in early and book now!
When booking for an event here are things to remember:
-Look at there previous work, make sure its unedited
- Compare prices but also remember a lot of the time you get what you pay for, if there a lot cheaper compared to most of the other MUA then there is more than likely a reason
-Show them before you book what you want, so they can give you an exact price and also so they know how much time to allow
- Be very specific, know what you want exactly and explain clearly
- Make sure you allow yourself a lot of time to get ready, don't rush on the day of your big event
- Book with someone you feel comfortable with

You don't have to be part of the wedding to get you Hair and Makeup done, feel just as beautiful as the bide on her special day by getting your makeup done with me.

For me makeup isn't about hiding your flaws. It about making you feel confident, beautiful and like you can take on anything. Makeup should be used to accentuate your features, make your eyes pop, your lips look extra kissable and your skin flawless.

Your not trying to trick someone or lie to them, it not your fault if there stupid enough to think you have gold eyelids!

This is very true, look at an artist work before you hire them!
If there all photos of themselves be cautious, they might only be good at doing there own and not be able to adapt to different eye and face shapes.
