We only know what we know and until we know better, we do the best we can

I’m SO very grateful for this past year, 2022 has brought me immense amounts of knowledge in overall health and well-being, in every pocket imaginable in life

Now I’m going into 2023 with a completely different outlook (again)

As humans we evolve, we grow, we change and sometimes that’s uncomfortable

But I’m here for 2023, with all of the knowledge I’ve gained from 2022 I can do so much better, because I know better

Have a think about something you’ve learnt or that you might be able to do better next year and let it absolutely ripppppppp

My hens last year .. how was that like just back then, but someone here is like travelling the world on wheels now and couple of us others have a few extra babies .. like excuse me? 😵‍💫😂

Man, I can’t tell you how nice it is to have my own family photographed every now and then… even if it is just us mucking around on the back of our ute post water hangs with vomit on our shoulder and sandy asses 😂

Damn our babies grow up so fast, I cannot believe I’m looking at us right now.. a little fam of 4 🥹

I just feel like I’m at a point in my life where others opinions of me don’t matter, only the one I have about myself

I know I have a purpose in this life and I have something to give that’s pretty special to those who see it

I think sometimes it’s so easy to be swept up in someone else’s reality, one that want for us instead of being who we truely want to be

I dare you to step into your truth and unbecome all that you’ve been to become everything that you really are

It’s pretty nice over here

My children are my priority, they took first place the moment we knew of their existence inside the womb.

They’re my reason, they’re my driving force to do better and be better.

It’s easy to let yourself down, at the end of the day you’re only one person and you can drop the ball from time to time, it is your life..

But add children into the picture and it’s a whole different ball game.

When I know better, I’ll always choose better.

Since hearing about Young Living and their ethics for the well-being of society I realised just how fricken awesome this movement is, one I chose to become apart of.

No, I don’t ‘sell oils’ or ‘sell natural products’ I represent a movement, one that is creating a healthier environment for my children to grow up in, one where looking past the bu****it of mainstream ‘normality’ is questioned.

Breaking through absolute barriers here friends, and I’m not doing it just for me, I’m doing it for my family.

If you’re keen to ditch all of the ‘things’ society has conditioned a lot of us to follow and live by and you’re ready to make the switch to a low tox, wholesome life for you and yours.
