Amazing yet very long day travelling
Caught the train to Brisbane international airport but due to track works had to swap to a bus and then another train
Still good value at under $25, cheaper than an Uber
Arrived in Bangkok early morning
A quick swim before we checked in to our accommodation
Caught up with my friend who had her surgery late last week. It was good to see her and I think she enjoyed seeing a friendly face in a different country.@
Picked up a few yummy juices for her from the fresh food market to get her through the next few days.
Whilst the girls all went next door to the shopping mall I headed off to the dentist
Time for a clean and scale and I also had a big cavity that needed some TLC and some X-rays taken.
talk about thorough! I was there 2hrs and it was only $250
Highly recommend them, so gentle and caring.
Found Nelly having a facial and a massage and we had some Korean chicken that was sensational for dinner
Been awake since Sunday morning so we are all exhausted
Finished the night with some red light therapy
Off for my consult tomorrow
And then we will hit up Platinum
And MBK
Day one done and dusted

In October 2025 I had two suspicious little skin cancers removed
