My client Carley had some large old script that needed to go, & one of the most challenging designs to cover is large black script 🤪
Carly loves her linear & mandala type designs which don’t work as cover ups, so she was happy to let me come up with a solution that still aligned with her preferred styles & some of her other floral & ornate tattoos.
Script gone, job done, & new ink upgrade 🫶🏼

I always feel chuffed when I get a glowing report for my business when I have a council inspection.
With a lot going on outside of work & still recovering from moving house, I was a bit anxious about this one with a bunch of new rules applied to our industry.

I had a list of questions for the inspector regarding the new 55 pages of guidelines, & when I fired them off he said ‘geez how many times have you read the guidelines, you know more about it than I do!’
So off he went with a list of questions for the council to ponder, & left me with a good report card & congratulated me for knowing my stuff, having a beautiful studio & operating it well 🙌🏻

We’ve already done 2 grand baby tattys on her foreman- the 2 bottom ‘sticker’ tattoos which are healed & over 4 years old, & we’ve just added Penelope from the Pepé Le Pew cartoon, riding on a penny-farthing bike 😃

The fabulous Rebecca came in for a fresh leg tattoo recently, & I got photo of her cover up project I did a year & half ago. It healed & settled in perfectly & I can’t see the old tattoo. Job done 🙌🏻
Rebecca had a 20 year old portrait on her back that she was never happy with for obvious reasons 🫠
She avoided wearing clothes or swimwear that exposed her back, it was affecting her lifestyle & need to go.
Now she wears what she wants- backless dresses & swimmers to actually show off her upgraded tattoo🫶🏼 Thanks so much for the trust Rebecca!

Some fresh powder brows for my first time client who’s wanted her brows cosmetically tattooed for years, & finally took the plunge 🙌🏻💃🏻

Chipping away at Amity’s horror themed back project.
We started this over a year ago with a bunch of cover ups underneath what you now see, but we’ve deviated to other areas of the body during this project as Amity is working on a full body suit. We’ve done 2 sleeves that included several cover ups, 2 stockings that also included large cover ups & fix ups, b***y which also had cover ups, décolletage which also had cover ups, under b**b & torsoe which also had cover ups…
So yeah, we’ve done a lot of reinvention & covering though out this journey! & every kind of style you can think of, it’s been my dream canvas to work on with every kind of challenge & skill utilised.

First photo is a bunch of bad guys, IT is a week old & still healing along with any other flakey bits in the surrounding area you can see.

Got a good start yesterday so she’s fresh, & just as sensative as Carrie was 🤪🩸🔥
Being such all old movie it was hard finding clean images there weren’t ‘70’s lens affected 🤪 but we got there in the end. She’s tucked underneath IT & Hannibal.
