I was lucky enough to spend some time with Dr Laura from Zest today. 🩷

Between the Vegemite on toast, great conversations, and hair tutorials, I was reminded how important it is to surround yourself with people who are passionate about helping others.

Laura is hands down one of the best chiropractors on the Coast. Since seeing her, my body has never felt stronger, more aligned, or in better shape.

When your body feels good, everything else seems to flow a little easier.

Thanks for the laughs, the wisdom, and the reminder that looking after ourselves should always be a priority. 💜

We started with a half head of highlights, then blended in cool pastel pink and violet blonde tones, finishing with a custom root melt to complement and enhance her natural grey.

The result? A soft, dimensional colour that feels fresh, modern and uniquely her.

What I love most isn't just the hair. It's the women who sit in my chair. I truly feel blessed to be surrounded by such beautiful souls who trust me with their hair, their stories, their laughter, and sometimes even their tears.
