And to .burns and for my beautiful flower deliveries 🥹 Thankyou both so much! it was such a special surprise and made my day 🤍

I always thank my lucky stars for my love, my beautiful daughter, our health, my mum, dad, sister, brother in law, little niece and nephew and my forever friends 🥹❤️

I am actually really excited to be 40? Haha! 😆 And for the next season of life 🤍
The training wheels are well and truly off now haha and the scaffolding is complete 😆
So now its time to just be and enjoy ❤️🥰

Over the mad December rush, the unrelenting standards and schedules and the general chaos of December, please remember that Christmas isn’t easy for everyone ❤️‍🩹

December can actually be so INCREDIBLY hard for so many people! It can be filled with deep grief, loss, loneliness, guilt, or quiet battles that aren’t always visible 💔

Out of respect for that, I’ve always chosen NOT to decorate the clinic over the Christmas period, and I never will. It’s so important to me to hold space and be a safe space for those who may be navigating a really tough season. One of the toughest for some ❤️‍🩹

My heart truly goes out to anyone who is finding this time of year really heavy. It’s literally everywhere you look, and it must be extremely overwhelming and difficult for you 🥺🤍

Please remember to be gentle as you can with yourselves, and with each other this time of year. That person in front of you at the shops, when you are in a mad rush, could be in a world of suffering just by being there 😔🤍

Due to the absolutely incredible ongoing support of my business, my books have currently reached capacity for a one-woman show, so I will be closing my books to new patients for the time being.
