🩻Does your instructor really have your back?

Do you walk out of your Pilates class thinking ‘that didn’t feel right’?
This could be why….. is your Instructor a Verbal cuer + Demonstrator or a Participant???

1. Your instructor is doing the whole class with you ie they’re a participant.
This limits their ability to observe, correct, and train you effectively. It’s your time to train NOT theirs.

2. NO correction or observation from the instructor.
Poor technique goes unnoticed, increasing injury risk and reducing results.

3. NO progression or regression options, everyone doing the same level regardless of ability.
Classes are multilevel these days, you need to options from beginner to advanced.

4. Rushing through exercises instead of slow, controlled movement.
Reduces muscle activation and control, Turing it into momentum based movement.

5. The instructor doesn’t cue neutral pelvis or spinal alignment. Misalignment reduces core engagement and places strain in other places.

6. No focus on breath. Breath drives deep core activation and supports safe, controlled movement.
