Unique Unicorn Kid's Yoga is the perfect choice!
We’re running four special school holiday workshops on July 10, 11, 15, and 17, with three sessions available each day.
Each session offers a different theme—so your child can enjoy one or more days of movement, creativity, and mindfulness.
Through gentle yoga, breathing, play, and imaginative activities, children will learn to feel calm, strong, and connected.
👶 Ages 2.5 – 5 (35-minute session)
A playful and gentle introduction to yoga with simple movement, songs, storytelling, and rest.
Ideal for little ones not yet in school or currently attending part-time care.
Session Times:
🕘 9:45am – 10:20am
🕘 11:30am – 12:05pm
💲 Cost: $25
🧒 Ages 6 – 8 (45-minute session)
Age-appropriate yoga, mindfulness games, creative activities, and guided relaxation.
Session Time:
🕘 10:30am – 11:15am
💲 Cost: $35
Each session includes:
* Yoga and movement tailored to the age group
* Breathing and relaxation techniques
* Mindful and creative activities
* Quiet rest time and guided meditation
* A warm, supportive, and calm environment
✨ All mats and props are provided—just bring your joy!
Led by kind, experienced teachers, this is a wonderful program for children who thrive in gentle, structured, and nurturing environments.
