We're returning to our roots with a new Certificate IV trainee joining our team soon! As part of our updated treatment menu, we're introducing a 30-minute EXPRESS massage—perfect for relaxation, therapeutic relief, or what’s traditionally known as Swedish massage. Just $65.00 instead of $75.00; one of our three new specials we're preparing for 2026.

A therapeutic massage typically involves light to medium pressure, with soothing longitudinal strokes and gentle kneading from head to toe—covering everything from your hands to your feet. Prefer a firmer touch? Just let us know—we’re happy to dial up the pressure to suit your needs!

It’s a nod to the origins of massage, dating back to the time of Hippocrates as well as the ancient "healing-by-hands" practices in medieval times.
