TerraArmour. This blend is a great deterrant for keeping mozzies and flies away. Including Ylang Ylang, Eucalyptus, Cedarwood, Litsea and Vanilla in fractionated coconut oil this was so handy for our recent camping trip 🏕

A Christmasy blend🎄🍊

Diffuser:

5 drops cinnamon
5 drops wild orange
2 drops frankincense
1 drop clove

Room Mist:

10 drops cinnamon
10 drops wild orange
4 drops frankincense
2 drops clove
Fill the rest of the bottle with filtered water

Clary Calm features a calming blend of Clary Sage, Lavender, Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, Ylang Ylang, Geranium and Cedarwood.
One of my go-to favourites and a helpful way for anxiety and stress relief 🙏

An amazing foot scrub is a great addition to your self-care routine 🍋🍋🍋

What you need:
• 2 cups of Epsom salt
• ½ cup bicarbonate of soda
• ¼ cup Almond oil
• Zest of one lemon
• 4 drops Lavender essential oil
• 4 drops Frankincense essential oil

Method:
1. Combine Epsom salt with bicarbonate of soda and lemon zest in a large bowl.
2. Add essential oils.
3. Place in fridge until the mixture is solid.
4. Stir with a wooden spoon to mix thoroughly.
5. Pour the mixture into a jar and use within a few weeks. 🍋🍋🍋
