Mix a few drops of Lavender, Frankincense or Ylang Ylang with some water and spray a small amount onto pillow prior to going to bed.

Coriander Essential Oil

With the Essential Oil coming from the Seeds of Cilantro, again we're back with the Egyptians the seeds were often found in their tombs!
