✨ Sometimes life feels like you’ve lived many lives. Full of adventure, stories, and laughter and other times, lost, stuck, and unrecognisable to yourself.
I’m sharing my journey with concussions, mental health, and healing not for pity, but to show that you can still live a full, meaningful life even after trauma.
Brain injuries aren’t just physical. They affect our thoughts, emotions, and sense of self. It’s taken therapy, rehab, self-care and patience to slowly learn to love the version of me I live with every day.
If you’re struggling, know this: real healing takes effort, but you don’t have to do it alone.
