Yoga By The Bay

Hiya

So lovely to see so many at yoga this morning!

So the great news is, my lovely friend Frankie will be teaching for the next 3 weeks and her friend Rachel will teach for 1 week after that. So yoga is ON for the next 4 weeks! Woo hoo!! THANK YOU FRANKIE! Some of you met Frankie today - another pom who is an amazing yogi and awesome teacher!

The only thing is, the girls can’t accept card payments. So please try and bring cash or, if not, the girls will let you know bank details for you to transfer.

I will make the transfer to the women’s shelter on my return.

Also, just to let you know, we raised $370 in May and $340 for these last 3 weeks of June! 1 in 4 Australian women are affected by domestic violence and the women’s shelter provide a lifeline for many women in need. So thank you for your donations and for coming to class!

Tomorrow, yoga is ON, inside at Surfboat Brewery 7.30-8.30am.

It’s the last class before we break for 4 weeks so I hope to see some of you.

Remember the 5 second rule for cold, dark mornings. Count down from 5 & DO IT! Get out of bed and come and give your mind and body a treat at yoga.

11th July
18th July

Yoga is ON this coming Saturday 20th June (inside at Surfboat Brewery, Warriewood as it’s chilly) so I hope to see you then!

Yoga is ON tomorrow! It’s looking a chilly 11 degrees so we will be INSIDE at Surfboat Brewery & Cafe, Warriewood. Go upstairs and to the left. Stay for a chat and yummy coffee and food after if you like 😊

Hope to see some of you there at 7.30am. Start your long weekend with a detox for your mind and body!

They do coffee and yummy brekkie downstairs too so join us after if you like 😊

Hi all,
My weather app says it’s looking fine in the morning so yoga is OUTSIDE by the bay tomorrow 7.30-8.30am.

Please wear layers and bring a blanket for shavasana as it may be fresh. Sunglasses are good too. If the ground is wet, a picnic rug or large plastic bag is always good to bring (I also have spares).

Start your weekend feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, surrounded by nature and supporting a good cause! You can always lay in on Sunday!😊

Hi all,
Yoga is ON OUTSIDE tomorrow at the winter time of 7.30-8.30am. I was out at that time this morning and it was fresh but lovely in the sun. Just wear lots of layers and maybe a beanie and bring a blanket for shavasana.😊
