We all know that self love isn’t an easy thing to achieve. If takes dedication, understanding, nourishment, patience, love, kindness, vulnerability and boundaries. It can come easy one day and hard the next. You think you have it covered and then, hello, in walks the confusing hormones closely followed by intrusive thoughts unannounced into your mind. However the better you get at it the better you get at handling those unwanted guests.

If it is something you find hard to achieve start by giving yourself the permission to reset, unwind and reconnect with who you are.
