We can’t wait to welcome you all to Parlour O this Sunday 3rd May, as our community comes together in support of Nini Ireson.

You don’t need to book a hair appointment to be part of the afternoon, everyone is welcome! Come down, bring your friends and family and be part of something very special.

There will be face painting, a cake stall, cocktails, a sausage sizzle, friendship bracelets, live music and so much more!

We have had an overwhelming response already and we are so incredibly grateful to this community we call home 🧡

In November 2025, 9-year-old, Nini Ireson was diagnosed with an incredibly rare cancer, with only a handful of cases worldwide.

In January, Nini and her beautiful family (Jo & Tim and her sisters Hattie & Floss) relocated to Sydney, where she has been undergoing intensive chemotherapy and radiotherapy at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick. Once this stage of treatment is complete, Nini and Jo will travel to the United States for specialist care. This is a path no child or family should ever have to walk.

On Sunday 3rd May 2026, we are inviting our community to come together for ‘Orange’s Greatest Shave for Nini’ with the option to shave your head, chop off your ponytail, get some ribbon braids or spray-paint your hair! This is a way for our community to show our support and to remind Nini and the Ireson family that they have a whole town behind them.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED.

1. Book in for one of the above services via the Parlour O website or by contacting Parlour O on 0460 419 136 (please note that appointments are limited & essential)

2. Once you have booked, please share the fundraising link with your friends and family (so they can sponsor you!)

3. Turn up to Parlour O on Sunday 3rd May (between 1pm - 4pm)

*Please note that the cost of your appointment, together with all proceeds from the day will be donated directly to Nini and the Ireson family. Supporting their time in Sydney, ongoing medical treatment, and everything that comes with this journey.

ON THE DAY.

On the day there will be face-painting, friendship bracelets, raffle tickets, a cake store, Parrot cocktails, live music and so much more! We will also have a message board for Nini, a space to leave your words of support, which we will share with her so she knows just how many people are behind her.
