Making March Mine 🥰

Booked in for a Infra Sauna and a Tuning Fork therapy session today.. oh what a bundle of sweaty, relaxation goodness!

The sauna is great for detoxing, pain relief, weight loss, improved circulation, anti ageing, stress relief and better immunity.

This was my first Fork therapy session - using sound waves to improve your immunity and helping the body to heal itself. Very gentle and super relaxing.
