Hello again ;-)
Well, I'm not sure if there is some odd planetary action happening, but it's been as bit of a rough few days, emotionally.
You know those times when everything seems to get you down, all at once?! It doesn't rain, it pours, right?
But when you're at the bottom, there's only one way out...UP.
I love using my essential oils to support me emotionally and these blends are some of my favourite ways to do that.
