With a set amount of availability per day and reliability on the majority of my appointments being pre-booked, the loss of revenue from your canceled service is significant to me. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a 50% cost of service cancellation fee. Cancellations or reschedules within 3 hours are charged in full. No-shows are charged in full. Lateness of more than 15 minutes is charged in full and will require your appointment to be rescheduled. Any outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before any new bookings are made. After 2x No-Shows, any new appointments made must be paid in full at the time of booking. If you are unwell or cannot commit to your set time you may elect to send a friend to utilize your appointment time (waiving any cancellation fees) I need to be notified of the change within a reasonable time. If you are visibly unwell and attend an appointment, I am within my right to refuse service and you will be charged at full cost - I love that you love getting your nails done, but please remember I work closely with multiple people from different backgrounds every day and also have my own family too; our health is more important than your nails. For Health and Safety reasons, please do not bring your children under the age of 10 or any pets, into the salon with you. Weekend or evening appointments are available on request to cater to hardworking mums. Please treat me with the level of respect I will most definitely treat you and inform me first and foremost of any concerns or problems you might have.
