We do not use toner to cleanse our face with cotton. If we use cotton with toner and scratch our face, then the cotton became black (because of the dirt) it means your FACIAL WASH is not good enough to cleanse your face.

The purpose of the TONER is to tone our skin, after cleaning it with good facial wash. It minimizes our pores and this mattefying toner doesn't need usage of cotton because its strawberry extract must absorb directly by your face 🙂

2: alcohol based
How would you know if your product is alcohol or water based?

Step1: get a spoon and put a small amount of toner.
Step2: get a lighter, and burn it!
