Whilst I don’t usually share much of my personal life here…
I’ve always tried to keep this space focused on you-your healing,your journey,your courage + how the treatments I offer can support both your physical + emotional wellbeing.
So many of you trust me with your own private stories + I hold that with so much respect.
Because of that, I feel it’s only fair- and human - to share a little of mine today.
November has been a challenging month for many… + for me too.

A few weeks ago I fractured my foot + have been wobbling around in a moon boot. Then, in true “one thing after another” fashion, I misjudged the edge of the boot, tripped up my own stairs, fell forward + fractured my cheekbone.
I now have a very dramatic black eye - the kind that makes it hard to see out of one side+ reply to messages + honestly, looks a lot worse than it feels at times. The concussion symptoms have been their own little journey😵‍💫

I’ll be honest… I feel vulnerable sharing this. It’s not the ‘Treatment’ kind of post I usually put out here.
But I’m sharing here because we’re all human + so many of us are walking through things quietly, doing our best + feeling alone.
I’m certainly not looking for sympathy here but I always offer transparency, connection + gratitude.

To my beautiful clients: thank you for your patience, kindness + understanding while I take the time to heal properly+know it is affecting your own healing.

Your support means more than you know+ I promise I am doing everything I can to get back into the clinic asap when my vision is better

Please take gentle care of yourselves… life has a way of reminding us that we’re all vulnerable, we’re all human+ we’re all navigating something, somehow.

Thank you all SO much for your understanding + support as I’m currently overseas with my beautiful mum, helping her fulfil a very special bucket-list wish - to spend precious time with her 3 beloved sisters-in-law + with my son, her grandson, in the USA before she returns home to focus on some important health matters.
