From painful ➡️ to GLOWING ✨️
When I look at these photos side by side, I see more then just skin. I see bravery, resilience, dedication and a transformation that is so much deeper than the physical.
In the photo above - intense inflammation that was painful and overwhelming in every way.
Below is skin that is clear + calm, and a soul that is radiating with confidence.
This didn't happen overnight, and there was no "quick fix." It happened with trust, positivity and treating mind, body and soul for holistic healing.
Every breakout, every flare, every scar tells a story, but healing tells one too. And that story is powerful!

It's the little sprinkle of Skóra magic that takes you to heaven ✨️
Exactly what I did to bring my irritated plane skin back to life.
If you find yourself in a similar position, use this as a cheeky cheat sheet to prevent further damage and have it glowing in no time!
🌀 Gentle cleansing - cold/luke warm water, no scorching hot showers and clean (fragrance free) oil cleanser - my holly grail, if you know you know!
🧴 The best anti-inflammatory/ healing moisturiser - Dermacalm . This was the only skincare I used. The fewer products - the better when repairing your barrier.
👒 Protect, protect, protect with zinc based spf and hats. Also kept my skin out of harsh elements like wind. 50+ Mineral SPF
❣️ Extra support - LED mask daily to support healing. I don't travel without it!
💧 Face masks to restore my water-lipid layer .australia Crystal Fiber Mask to the rescue!
Forget about the serums or any active ingredients ( eg. Vit A, B, C. AHA's ect) these will just irritate and prevent healing. Going make-up free or at least using mineral makeup will make a massive difference.
With the right support, my skin was back to its happy self in a few short days. Lession learnt... I will not forget my cleanser on the plane again!
