It’s time to get serious but in a way that opens inquiry, self reflection, exploration and not in a way that shames, creates dogma or guilt.

Here’s the thing, often on the path of “awakening” we remove ourselves from one paradigm or dogma and move into another, same s**t, different house…

It’s in integrating and embodying new ways that allows you the freedom and space to observe without judgment, love unconditionally, feel without criticism and simply unfold into being.

Sit in practices that help you gain clarity on what you’re desiring, be it more joy, deeper, meaningful connections, abundance (ask why and what for?), purpose etc… it’s from a space of knowing you can then create building blocks to create the life you want.

Creating and being in spaces where you can be yourself, connect, feel joy, tap into deep sense of gratitude, belonging, spaces where you can release all tension, tears, energy and feel safe to do so are the spaces that matter.

If you have a home and or a space that is where you rest, take a moment to look around. Does it inspire you, does it bring joy, does it hold you?

There are simple and effective ways you can get closer to the space you desire by doing the following things…

- declutter
- cleanse
- adorn / bring in fresh flowers, plants or elements that bring joy and beauty
- sage / smudge your space
- place selenite at the corners of the space for grounding
- utilize frequency to energetically cleanse

8 years ago I sat in circle ⭕️ and journeyed with ceremonial cacao for the first time. I had already been on a path to presence and stillness to help heal burnout, a dysregulated nervous system and adrenal fatigue. Mentally I felt fine, but my physical symptoms were out of control.

The life I had created was FULL…

I ticked the boxes at a young age having - - invested in property by 19
- traveled
- started my first business at 25
- married by 26
- worked hard, partied hard
- social calendar was overflowing
- first miscarriage 28
- birthed my beautiful boy and almost died at 29 all while having a thriving business and over committed calendar and family commitments

It was my fertility journey that had me wake up, each test boldly noting my nervous system was stressed, cortisol levels high and so on…

Once baby was here the signs to slow down got stronger. He was a sick baby, cried 12 hrs a day non stop, was allergic to my breast milk and every other thing in the world… I was already vegan, gluten free and thought I was healthy, and so the journey begun to understand what it meant to regulate, calm, re activating the spiritual girl I was and leading me on a journey that was filled with every twist and turn imaginable.

Surrendering to it all I tried everything!

But it wasn’t until journeying with this sacred plant that I was able to crack my heart open, feel tears gently flow down my cheeks and lean into deep presence.

Of course being an air sign and mani gen this lead to me having to understand the science and the how this was possible, so I devoted time and energy to learning all about it from many teachers. I was already practicing yoga, qi gong, meditation, dance and gathering sisters but this was a missing piece 🧩 that once discovered catapulted me into something so purposeful and meaningful.

Ceremonial cacao is a gift, an invitation to dropping IN and exploring your inner landscape while sitting in reverence to the ancients, a journey through the Andean cosmo vision, a merging of the masculine and feminine energies creating unity, compassion, and cultivating love.

Find the beauty and joy in nature and strive to be a reflection of that.

When cultivating a life you desire it’s important to immerse yourself in the energy and vibration of that in which you are calling in.
