PCNL for a Left partial Staghorn stone in a Non-dilated Collecting System

🔹 Two punctures were made & two guidewires were placed through the lower calyx & small-separated stone containing middle calyx.

🔹 20 Fr single-step tract dilatation was done using a Shah sheath through the lower calyceal puncture.

🔹 The separated small stone in the middle calyx was successfully pushed into the renal pelvis with the aid of a rigid Alken dilator over the previously placed guidewire.

🔹 Complete stone clearance achieved.

🔹 Tubeless PCNL (no nephrostomy tube placed).
