ইপিএস কর্মসূচির আওতায় দক্ষিণ কোরিয়ার উৎপাদন শিল্প, জাহাজ নির্মাণ শিল্প, কনস্ট্রাকশন ও মৎস্য (সমুদ্র ও উপকূলবর্তী) খাতে বাংলাদেশি প্রার্থীদের চাকরির লক্ষ্যে দক্ষিণ কোরিয়ারি নির্ধারিত জব রোস্টারে অন্তর্ভুক্ত জন্য কোরিয়ান ভাষা পরীক্ষায় (ইউবিটি) অংশগ্রহণের জন্য অনলাইন নিবন্ধন সম্পন্ন করা হবে। প্রার্থীর যোগ্যতা নিম্নরূপ:

১। শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা এসএসসি/সমমান;
২। কোরীয় ভাষা পড়া, লেখা ও বোঝার পারদর্শিতা থাকতে হবে;
৩। বয়স সীমা ১৮ থেকে ৩৯ বছর
৪। পাসপোর্ট-এর মেয়াদ ১৯ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৪ পর্যন্ত হালনাগাদ থাকা সাপেক্ষে;
৫। পাসপোর্ট ও জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের তথ্যের সঙ্গে নাম ও জন্ম তারিখ এবং ছবির মিল থাকতে হবে;
৬। 3D (Dirty, Difficult and Dangerous) কাজ করার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে;
৭। উৎপাদন, জাহাজ নির্মাণ, কনস্ট্রাকশন ও মৎস্য (সমুদ্র ও উপকূলবর্তী) কাজে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে;
৮। কালার ব্লাইন্ডনেস বা রঙ বোঝার সক্ষমতার সমস্যা মুক্ত হতে হবে;
৯। পোশাক-পরিচ্ছদ, আচার-আচরণ ও কথোপকথনে মার্জিত হতে হবে;
১০। মাদকাসক্ত/সিফিলিস শনাক্ত ব্যক্তিগণ অযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবেন;
১১। ফৌজদারি অপরাধে জেল বা অন্য কোনো শাস্তি প্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তির অযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবেন;
১২। দক্ষিণ কোরিয়ায় অবৈধভাবে অবস্থানকারীগণ অযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবেন;
১৩। দেশ ত্যাগে নিষেধাজ্ঞা আছে এমন ব্যক্তিগণ অযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবেন এবং
১৪। ই-৯ বা ই-১০ ভিসায় কোরিয়াতে ৫ বছরের বেশি অবস্থানকারীগণ অযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবেন।

নিবন্ধনের পদ্ধতি
এইচআরডি কোরিয়ার চাহিদা মোতাবেক মোট ৪৩,০৫২ (তেতাল্লিশ হাজার বায়ান্ন) জন প্রার্থী নিম্নবর্ণিত দুই ধাপে কোরিয়ান ভাষা পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ দেয়া হবে। সম্ভাব্য প্রার্থীর সংখ্যা নিম্নরূপ:
১। কোরিয়ান ভাষা পারদর্শীদের বিশেষ পদ্ধতিতে ৩০,৬৫২ জন (উৎপাদন শিল্প-১৭৪৬০, মৎস্য-৭৭৬০ ও কনস্ট্রাকশন-৪২৬৮ এবং জাহাজ নির্মাণ-১১৬৪);
২। লটারি পদ্ধতিতে ১২,৪০০ (উৎপাদন শিল্প) জন।
৩। প্রার্থীর যেকোনো একটি ধাপে আবেদন করতে পারবে।
৪। কোনো প্রার্থী দুই ধাপে আবেদন করলে তার নিবন্ধন বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে।
