Homey Bliss

I used to believe some fears never changed. For as long as I can remember, I was terrified of cats. I couldn't even bring myself to touch one. It wasn't dislike, it was genuine fear, and I thought it would always be that way.

Then life introduced me to someone whose heart is endlessly gentle.He never asked me to change or convinced me to love what he loved. I simply watched him. My fear slowly disappeared. Surprisingly, now, I smile at cats instead of running away from them. I stop to admire them, and I even catch myself dreaming of adopting one someday.

It's fascinating how love changes us. The right person doesn't change who you are. They teach you to love something you once feared. 🫶🥰
