Apparently there’s a trend going on of giving “fraud alert” nowadays.

The given post is done by a customer who posted with another ID that we gave her wrong size of nails. The post doesn’t have any proof or screenshots of fraud. When confronted she denied to come from her real ID. Then she gave a screenshot of order where it shows that she received the product 10 days ago but didn’t inform us of any size issues.
So how exactly are we supposed to give her a solution?

We take return or exchange if checked in front of delivery man. Delivery man chole geleo we try our best to provide a solution. But her first thought in mind was to give a fraud alert post without letting us know anything.
This is nothing but an intentional step of defamation.

Note for all- Please check in front of delivery man & let us know of any kind of issues.
