Singer Malong Amiir Releases New Song, Mentions Former SSPDF Chief Gen. Paul Malong

South Sudanese singer Malong Amiir has released a new song carrying a strong message about money, power, and respect in society.

In the song, he mentions Paul Malong Awan, the former Chief of Staff of the SSPDF and now leader of the South Sudan United Front party.

The singer says many people loved and respected General Paul Malong when he was in power, but their attitude changed after he left the position.

Malong Amiir also talks about South Sudanese businessmen Makiir G*i and Kur Ajiing.

According to the song, many people used to praise them when they had money and influence, but now only a few people speak about them.

In his lyrics, Malong Amiir sings, “People respect, worship, and love you when you have money and power. But when these things are gone, they begin to hate you. I have learned that people only love you when you have something.”
