The story behind a smile after 20 years:
Alhamdulillah! Allah SWT is kind and merciful!

My 40-year-old patient, visited my chamber witj the complaints of recurrent upper abdominal pain for 20 years following a Gall bladder removal operation. He has visited multiple doctors for thw last 20 years, but her pain never subsided completely.

I evaluated her, and with the Grace of Almighty Allah SWT, I diagnosed her with Choledocholithiasis ( which was normal in the USG report). ERCP was performed and she is completely improved now, Alhamdulillah!

A 33-year-old gentleman presented to my chamber with the complaints of abdominal pain and constipation for 2 months.
An abdominal lump was palpated and the patient was admitted under my care and evaluated for Sub-acute intestinal obstruction.
He was diagnosed as a suspected case of GIST and referred to an expert surgeon. He has undergone a successful operation and is now recovering Alhamdulillah.
