:Why is it called the Russian Twist?

An essential post-workout snack 🤍
I prepare it before my workout and keep it in the fridge so I can eat it right after getting back from the gym. I feel extremely hungry post-workout, and having it ready helps me avoid reaching for unhealthy foods.
This salad includes chicken, apple, cucumber, tomato, and peanuts. For the dressing, I used yogurt, black pepper, a little honey, and a pinch of pink salt.
