Getting a massage with the intention of allowing yourself a break, and a self-care moment will bring you more psychological benefits.
Practicing sport or yoga with intention allows you to really feel every benefit of the postures/exercises, to appreciate your limits, and improve healthily your practice.

Philosophically speaking, human beings are born miserable and try during their life to capture glimpses of happiness.
