Period pain dismissed as drama. Hormonal symptoms blamed on stress. Cycles misunderstood for centuries.
Women have been ignored for too long.
Today is World Menstrual Health Day 🩸❤️🩸and we built Guud Woman because ignorance was never good enough.
Your body was never the problem.

Wait 🤔 your uterus is actually smallest during your period.
We know. It doesn’t feel that way.
But the heaviness, the cramps, the pressure you feel while bleeding? That’s not your uterus being bigger. That’s your uterus contracting, working hard to shed its lining.
The moment your period ends, your uterus starts growing again.
By ovulation around day 14 it can be up to 15% larger in volume and noticeably heavier.
Your body is doing something remarkable every single month.
Not just when you bleed🩸. All month long.

Guud shoots 📸 through the years.
We worked with the most talented people, and we leaned on this beautiful community at every step. Founding models who had never stood in front of a camera. Experienced models who loved the brand and wanted to be part of it.
Some shoots had full styling. Others were just us, exactly how we felt that day, with makeup or without.
What stayed the same every time was the feeling. Real women, no pretending, no version of ourselves we had to perform.
Thank you to everyone who showed up for these. You made Guud what it is 🤎
