Today, Coach D had the pleasure of hosting a physical training session for the Dangriga Police Department. We were honored to serve the very people who work tirelessly every day to maintain law and order and help keep our communities safe. 🙏🏾
The session consisted of strength training exercises targeting the legs, arms, and back. We began with a warm up that included stretching and cardio before moving into the workout.
We must say that the officers performed exceptionally well and brought great energy and determination to the session. 💪🏾
Keep up the excellent work, officers! We sincerely appreciate your service and dedication to our community.
