Je suis très heureuse et excitée à l'idée de partager mes créations avec vous dans un espace magfique, unique et coloré s'harmonisant parfaitement avec mon art. Je vous propose un décembre de découverte, tous les vendredis du mois je vous invite à osez l'expérience de 3 styles de mon Yoga Sensuel. L'exploration de soi par les mouvements intuitifs et fluides, la respiration, le touché et les sons. Mon yoga est très profondément enracinée dans la liberté d'expression du corps, dans toute sa sensualité et son intégrité. L'énergie féminine est à l'honeur.
Les cours se tiendrons au Studio de danse Copper Crib de Rouyn-Noranda.

Ahhhhh Savasana.....
Such an "easy" pose that can be a huge struggle for some. In my case it was the part I used to skip thinking it was a waste of my time. Laying there letting my mind take over, thinking of the million things I had to do on my "To-Do" list and moving restlessly until I just gave up and got up going on with my day.
But here is why I invite you to gift yourself with the beautiful nurturing power of your Savasana and honor all that is while in the posture.
Savasana allows the body, mind, and spirit to fully integrate the benefits of the yoga flow.
🌷Physical Integration:
During movement, your body undergoes physical exertion, stretching, and strengthening. Savasana gives your nervous system a chance to shift into the parasympathetic state promoting relaxation and healing. It allows your muscles to absorb the work you’ve done and release any residual tension.
🌸Mental Stillness:
Savasana provides a moment of stillness to quiet the mind. While movement often brings awareness to the body, Savasana deepens this by cultivating mindfulness and surrender, helping to calm mental chatter and foster a sense of inner peace.
💜Emotional Release:
Yoga often stirs emotions stored in the body. Savasana gives space for these emotions to settle, process, or flow through without resistance. It can be a profound moment of letting go or just to aknowledge what comes up.
🌊Energy Balancing:
The practice of yoga moves and shifts energies within the body. Savasana allows these energies to stabilize, creating balance and harmony within your system. It is during stillness that the body and mind integrate this energetic alignment.

Savasana is a moment of pure being—without effort, striving, or judgment. It’s a time to connect deeply with your inner self and access a state of awareness that transcends the physical practice.
⭐️Symbolic Closure:
It symbolizes the end of a cycle—the completion of effort and movement. This period of rest brings closure, allowing you to step back into daily life feeling renewed and whole.
What works for me...
Playing with the different ways to lay in Savasana. Also asking yourself where your hands want to rest on your body. This help me stay more focused on the body and send my attention to the places my hands are driven to. For exemple when I place my hands on my womb space it reminds me of how powerful she is and connects me deeply to my cyclical nature, my creative and intuitive energies.
🧡 I love laying in Supta Baddha Konasana and placing my hands on my womb.
❤️Or laying with legs bent, feet mat width apart and letting the knees fall together inwards. Here I love to place one hand on the heart and the other on my womb. Just feeling my breath.
💚Even laying like a Star can also be an option for your Savasana. I find this very grounding as a your body covers a bigger surface on the ground holding you.
